There is no overall score for a chain and no list from best to worst. Each place counts a different thing under its own rules, so a chain’s figures are shown side by side and never added together. The only number that spans places is a count: in how many places the chain came in under, level with or over the local rate.
A chain gets a page when it has at least 100 routine inspections in at least 2 places. Chains charted in only one place appear on that place’s page. To set two chains against each other, use the compare tool.
